150mm² Servo Motorized HV Cable Cutting Stripping Machine

JCW-CS20 is a light servo-powered high-voltage cable cutting and stripping machine, designed to process single-core cables up to 150 mm².

It delivers steady and accurate cutting stripping quality for battery cables and high-voltage cables used in new energy harness workshops.

This light version retains good expandability and can work in tandem with a heavy-duty pay-off machine and stacker to form an automated production line. It is well suited for long cable processing tasks, with flexible installation and smaller footprint compared with ultra-heavy models.

It adopts a 7-inch color touch screen control panel. All processing recipes can be named to quickly switch between different cable specifications.

The standard interface supports Chinese and English, and extra language packs are available for overseas customers. Reserved signal interfaces support inline marking printers.
