The JCW-30TS is a servo-driven, all-electric hexagonal crimping machine. It can be equipped with two types of hexagonal crimping dies: closed and side-open. This machine is designed for crimping heavy duty copper or aluminum lugs used in power industry, battery industry, etc.

The side-open hexagonal applicator is suitable for 90-degree angled copper lugs.

All parameters, such as crimping height, holding time, etc., can be programmed precisely and easily via the touch screen.
