JCW-20TH 20tons Hexagonal Profile Copper Eyelet Crimping Machine

The JCW-20TH pneumatic-hydraulic crimping machine is our heavy-duty bench crimper designed for large uninsulated copper cable lugs up to 150 sqmm. Equipped with an intuitive touch screen control panel, operators can easily set and monitor crimp parameters on the interface.

It supports adjustable crimping height to match different terminal dies and workpiece requirements, bringing great flexibility for various harness jobs. Multiple crimp recipes can be saved and stored inside the system. You can quickly recall preset programs for repeated production batches, greatly improving workshop efficiency and keeping crimp results consistent.

JCW-20TH forms standard hexagonal crimp profiles with stable 20-ton output force, delivering reliable, repeatable crimp quality for high-current connections.
