JCW-CS08T is the freestanding upgraded variant of the CS08 round sheath cable stripping machine. It comes with an integrated, dedicated movable work cabinet as standard configuration.
The cabinet provides stable mounting base for the main unit and enables flexible relocation inside the workshop.
This machine is engineered specially for round sheathed cables, most widely used for multi-core power cords.
It handles cables with maximum outer diameter 6 mm, including common 2-core and 3-core power cables. Inherited from CS08, it benefits from multiple generations of iteration, mature mechanical structure and consistent stable quality.
The freestanding layout brings huge advantage for automation integration.
It can be easily combined with robotic arms, belt conveyors and other peripheral equipment to build a fully automated cable processing line, without extra custom support frames.
It adopts color touch screen control system, standard with Chinese and English bilingual operation interface. Extra language options can be added upon request.
Up to 100 sets of processing programs can be stored, so operators can quickly recall preset cutting and stripping parameters for different power cable specifications.
The JCW-CS08T supports connection with heat transfer printers, inkjet marking machines and laser marking devices for synchronous cable marking.
Perfect for harness factories that need flexible layout and automated workflow for multi-conductor sheathed cable production.
