O.D 4mm Cable Roll & Barrel Handling Equipment

The JCW-WP12 automatic wire payoff & take-up machine is designed for wires with diameter within 4.0mm.

It adopts infinitely variable speed tracking, no manual speed adjustment required.

The maximum feeding speed reaches 4 meters per second.

It supports both active wire feeding and wire rewinding, working synchronously with downstream automatic harness equipment.

Built-in induction brake system: it will stop automatically with brake locking and alarm reminder when the connected automatic machine stops.

Constant-speed guide rail structure realizes tension-free wire transmission with low running noise.

The wire passing wheel is adjustable to match different wire diameters. Rated load capacity is 40KG.

It can be linked with wire stripping machines, terminal crimping machines and other automatic wire processing machines.
