JCW-CS05W is the reinforced high-power upgrade of the CS05 window stripping machine.

It combines fixed-length cutting, both-end stripping and precision window-style middle stripping in one automatic workflow. It processes sheath cables with outer diameter up to 12 mm and single-core wire up to 35 mm².

The core advantage of window middle stripping is that it only removes a targeted section of outer insulation while keeping the full cable intact. 

Unlike splitting the cable into separate segments, this process creates exposed conductor windows directly on the continuous cable body, perfect for branch taps, parallel connections and intermediate wiring terminals. 

It eliminates extra splicing joints, simplifies harness layout and reduces connection failure points.

With upgraded driving force, this model handles tougher, thicker jackets that the standard CS05 cannot process reliably.

Important technical reminder: whether the stripped insulation segment can fall off completely depends on the cable’s native structure. 

The main influencing factors are how tightly the jacket adheres to copper and whether the conductor is solid or stranded. Solid single-core wire produces the most stable, clean and repeatable window stripping results. 

Cables with tightly bonded insulation or stranded conductors may vary in shedding performance.

It is widely adopted for LED cables and other multi-conductor harnesses requiring intermediate tap connections.
