JCW-2TP Versatile Multiconductor Cable Stripping and Crimping Machine

JCW-2TP is a dedicated workstation built for processing multi-core sheathed cables.

Prior to terminal crimping, the machine strips insulation from individual inner cores and neatly arranges them into aligned position.

This orderly preparation prevents twisted or misplaced strands during crimping.

Every wire arranging fixture is custom engineered to match the cable layout and core count of your specific job. No universal jig fits all cable types.

Custom tooling ensures stable positioning and consistent finished quality for complex sheathed cable harness batches.

This solution suits control cables, shielded multicore wires and bundled harness assemblies that require tidy, repeatable core termination.

Crimp force monitoring can be fitted optionally for quality control.
