JCW-F3 is an all-in-one programmable machine specially developed for bootlace ferrule (tubular ferrule) terminal processing.

This unit integrates three core functions in a single station: wire insulation stripping, stranded conductor twisting and ferrule crimping.

All key working parameters are programmable and can be saved as independent recipes.

Users can adjust and store stripping length, twist strength, crimp depth and working speed to fit various ferrule sizes and wire gauges.

This machine is designed for easy-entry bootlace ferrules.

The precise twisting module neatly bundles loose copper strands before crimping, making the twisted conductor bundle smoothly feed intoferrules, preventing scattered wires, bad contact and hidden electrical risks.

It supports wire cross sections from 0.5 mm² up to 6.0 mm². With stable crimp force and consistent forming effect, it ensures high repeatability for batch harness production.

Compact benchtop layout saves workshop space. It is widely used in control cabinet wiring, power equipment, servo harness and other industrial wiring applications requiring reliable ferrule termination.
