The JCW-Q02 Integrated Power Supply Cord Tester

The JCW-Q02 power supply cord tester is equipped to test continuity conduction polarity, short or open circuit, dislocation, insulation resistance, leakage current, leaking copper, and high voltage of power plug.

All the tests will be done automatically. When the test is over, the qualified products will be pushed out by a thimble with a qualified mark

Workers can operate the machine without any training.

1. Test items: continuity (open circuit), polarity (dislocation), insulation, internal high voltage (core high voltage), external high voltage (exposed copper), relative length.

2. Test methods: Polarity test, jog loop type, single head non-polarity test, induction and jog loop type, parallel/cross-function

3.Internal/external high voltage 0-5KV independent adjustment

4. Single-head cable relative length detection function

5. Qualified and defective automatic indication, counting function

6. Various specifications and different wires can be tested through the function switch

7. Insulation setting value: 2, 7, 20, 50, 100, 200MΩ

8. Leakage current setting value: 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10mA

9. Insulation test voltage: DC500V
