JCW-F16 0.3 - 16mm² Wire Stripping Twisting Ferrule Crimping Machine

JCW-F16 is a servo-driven automated all-in-one termination station built for bootlace ferrule assemblies. It adopts a single universal vibratory feeding system compatible with all standard bootlace ferrules.

One feeder covers most common ferrule variants, streamlining specification switching and reducing production changeover time.

Servo motor control delivers precise, adjustable motion for stripping, twisting and crimping actions.

The machine completes these three processes sequentially within one working cycle.

Its native operating scope supports conductors from 0.5 mm² up to 16 mm².

Processing for ultra-fine 0.3 mm² wire is achievable upon request with custom tooling.

The feeder precisely positions ferrules, while the twisting module neatly consolidates stranded copper conductors into tidy bundles ahead of crimping.

Servo closed-loop control stabilizes crimp depth and stripping dimensions, maintaining dependable electrical contact and repeatable crimp dimensions during continuous high-volume harness production.

Engineered for industrial batch manufacturing, it is well suited for power cabinet wiring, heavy-duty control circuits and panel harness fabrication with frequent mixed ferrule specifications.
