JCW-CST18F fully automatic round sheath cable cut strip twist & tin machine is specially developed for multi-core round sheathed wire harness processing.

This integrated equipment can automatically finish a full workflow including cable fixed-length cutting, outer jacket stripping, inner core insulation stripping, core wire twisting and tin dipping in one cycle.

Equipped with high-performance servo motors and precision control system, it delivers stable stripping length, uniform twisting effect and consistent tin coating thickness, greatly reducing manual operation and improving production efficiency.

It supports processing various types of round multi-core sheathed cables commonly used in electronics, home appliances, sensors and automotive wiring harness industries.
