Sheath Cable Dual-end Terminal Crimping Machine

The JCW-CST18B is a servo-controlled double-end terminal crimping machine built specially for multi-core round sheathed cables with outer diameter from 2.0 mm to 6.5 mm.

It completes a full processing cycle automatically: fixed-length cutting, outer sheath stripping, inner core insulation stripping and terminal crimping on both ends.

This model only crimps terminals and has no function for automatic connector housing insertion.

Outer jacket stripping length and inner core stripping length can be adjusted independently via servo system.

Equipped with English touchscreen HMI for easy operation.

CE certification is available for export.
