RIBBON CABLE SPLIT TO CRIMP

The JCW-CST14 is a fully automatic double-ended wire processing machine available in two separate versions, dedicated for flat ribbon cables and single-core wires respectively.

The flat ribbon cable version is equipped with a built-in wire separating function. It automatically completes cable feeding, length measurement, cutting, splitting of ribbon cable into individual cores, insulation stripping and dual-end terminal crimping in one continuous cycle. The splitting mechanism neatly divides the flat ribbon cable to ensure each conductor is separated cleanly before stripping and crimping, avoiding short-circuit risks and delivering reliable crimping quality for ribbon cable harness assemblies.

The single-core wire version is developed for processing individual single-core wires. It performs automatic wire feeding, length measuring, cutting, insulation stripping and double-end terminal crimping. Precision stripping control removes insulation cleanly without scratching the inner copper conductors. Its dual-head design processes both ends of the wire simultaneously to raise production output and reduce manual operation.

All parameters including wire length and terminal specifications can be conveniently adjusted via the touchscreen interface for stable mass production of electronic wiring harnesses. Please contact our sales team to confirm the correct machine version for your application.
