Big Cable Rotate Cutting & Stripping Machine

JCW-CS21X is a heavy-duty automatic cutting and stripping machine dedicated to single core cables. It adopts rotary blade cutting mechanism, which is the core advantage compared with conventional straight knife stripping machines.

The rotary cutting method realizes uniform circular scoring on thick insulation, effectively avoiding nicks and scratches on copper conductors, and delivers clean stripping results for large gauge single conductor cables.

Built with a rigid heavy frame and powerful servo drive, it stably processes thick single core cables widely used in power distribution, energy storage and heavy equipment harnesses.

An optional host PC is available for data interconnection, enabling seamless link to factory MES systems for production data collection, traceability and centralized workshop management, perfect for smart digital factories.

It features 7-inch color touch screen control, all processing recipes can be custom named for quick switching among different cable cross-sections. Default operation interface supports Chinese and English, and extra language packs are available for overseas customers.

Reserved signal interfaces support inline marking printers. It can also be matched with pay-off racks and winding machines to build an automatic single-cable production line.
