JCW-CS19M is a heavy-duty automatic cutting and stripping machine designed for large round multi-core sheathed cables. With reinforced mechanical frame and strong power output, it handles thick heavy-gauge cables such as battery cables and welding cables reliably.

Different from many dedicated sheath processing machines, this model supports both multi-core sheathed cables and single wires, bringing greater flexibility for mixed production orders.

It can be matched and combined with winding machine to build a continuous processing workflow, realizing stripping and winding in linked steps and reducing intermediate manual transfer.

It is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen. Every stored recipe can be custom named, which helps operators quickly recall settings when switching between different cable types. Standard UI includes Chinese and English, and extra language options are available for overseas factories.

Reserved interfaces support thermal transfer, inkjet and laser marking equipment. JCW-CS19M is a flexible heavy-duty solution for new energy, welding and heavy industrial harness workshops.
