Ultra-short 4 Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine

JCW-CS16 is a special-purpose machine built exclusively for PCB jumper wire manufacturing.

It uses the mid-strip processing method to realize ultra-short wire production that conventional wire machines cannot achieve.

This wire mid-strip machine can process wire with a minimum total cut length of 5mm, stripping 2mm insulation on both ends while keeping a 1mm insulated section in the center.

The JCW-CS16 handles both solid core wire and stranded wire, perfectly matching the demand for tiny jumpers on circuit boards.
