The JCW-320H pneumatic crimping machine is the heavy-duty model of the JCW-320 series, built specifically for copper cable lug processing with 68kN powerful crimp force.

This machine comes with dedicated dies to realize three common crimp styles: B-type crimp, hex crimp and indent crimp. Users can switch die sets easily to match different copper lug specifications and crimp requirements.

Powered by compressed air, it delivers stable and massive crimp output. Reinforced heavy frame guarantees consistent performance under long-cycle heavy-load work. It retains the flexible changeover design of the series, well suited for small-batch mixed-spec cable lug orders, widely adopted in power wiring, electrical cabinet and energy storage projects.
