JCW-320L 68kN Pneumatic Tubular Cable Lug Crimping Machine

The JCW-320L pneumatic crimping machine is the ultra-heavy-duty variant within the JCW-320 series, engineered exclusively for copper cable lug termination.

It delivers 68kN of consistent crimp force to handle large gauge power lugs. This machine supports three standard crimp profiles: B-type, hexagonal and indent crimp.

Separate dedicated dies are used for each crimp style, so users can swap tooling quickly to meet different drawing specifications. Air-driven design maintains repeatable crimp quality under sustained heavy loads.

The reinforced thick frame structure minimizes deflection during high-force cycles.

The JCW-320L is well suited for power cabinet, distribution and new energy harness workshops running mixed lug specifications.
