Automatic Heat Shrink Tube Printing & Shrinking Machine

The JCW-CST18P is an automatic wire terminating machine upgraded from the JCW-CST18D.

2 sets of thermal transfer printers and corresponding printing software are added, you can freely edit the content and programs.

This all-in-one equipment automatically completes double-end terminal crimping, heat shrink tube sleeving, thermal transfer marking on heat shrink tubes and tube heating shrinking in one cycle. It combines multiple separate wire harness processing procedures into a single workstation to reduce manual handling and cut production costs.

With stable crimping quality and clear, permanent printed marks on heat shrink sleeves, the machine ensures consistent output for mass cable manufacturing. It is widely used for automotive wiring harnesses, electronic cables and electrical cable assemblies, ideal for manufacturers who need automated multi-function wire termination solutions.

The JCW-CST18P allows optional addition of CFM module. The CFM module performs real-time crimp force monitoring to detect crimping anomalies and reject defective terminals, ensuring reliable harness quality. It can process both pre-insulated terminals and ordinary terminals with a wide processing range to meet diversified wire harness production requirements.
