It adopts stepper motor drive system for core motion control, delivering dependable and stable operation under regular wire harness production environments.

This machine automatically completes the full processing workflow including wire feeding, fixed-length cutting, insulation stripping and dual-end terminal crimping in one continuous cycle. The stepper drive structure features simple mechanism layout, low maintenance cost and easy operation. It maintains consistent stripping quality to avoid damage to inner copper conductors and provides stable terminal crimping results for standard wire processing tasks.
