The JCW-CM11 is a fully automatic processing machine dedicated to IDC connectors and flat ribbon cables. It automatically completes the entire production workflow for flat ribbon cable assembly, including cable feeding, positioning, cutting, IDC crimping, automatic cover latching and post-crimping inspection in one continuous operation.

After finishing the IDC crimping process, the machine can automatically buckle the connector cover into place, locking the flat cable securely with the IDC connector. Built-in inspection function verifies crimp status and cable seating, detecting faulty assembly to prevent defective products from flowing out.
