JCW-320M 90kN Pneumatic Lug Crimping Machine

The JCW-320M pneumatic crimping machine is the top-tier maximum heavy-duty model of the JCW-320 series, capable of outputting 90kN, equivalent to 9 tons of crimp force.

It is purpose-built for oversized, large cross-section copper cable lugs. Powered by compressed air, this machine provides massive, stable thrust for tough power termination jobs.

Its ultra-reinforced welded frame eliminates deflection under peak load, securing consistent crimp geometry for high-current cable lugs.

JCW-320M supports dedicated interchangeable dies to satisfy different crimp profile requirements. Designed for heavy power harness, high-voltage cabinet and large energy storage projects, this machine handles low-volume heavy lug batches reliably.
