This taping machine runs PTFE tape deep into the thread root to assure it will not get unwrap during storage or transportation.

The JCW-T04 automatic PTFE thread tape wrapping machine applies to American Tapered, British Straight, or Metric Threads. Suitable for all screwed joints, pipe threads, valve fittings, plumbing fittings, water purifier connectors, hydraulic oil pipe fittings, tracheal joints.

Due to high-precision PLC control system and servo motors, the JCW-T04 thread tape wrapping machine offers ultra-short cycle time. It is capable to finish 2-3 wraps in 2-3 seconds. The adjustment can be finished quickly for different fittings. 

This machine can replace 5 manual workers, and the wrapping quality is always stable. Common reverse wrapping in hand-wrapped fittings has been eliminated on this machine, which ensures no leaks.
