JCW-F3 SOLID is a purpose-built crimping machine engineered exclusively for Deutsch aviation solid pin and socket contacts.

This machine carries out insulation stripping followed by precision contact crimping.

It is built for industrial wiring harness workshops that produce heavy-duty, vibration-resistant Deutsch connector assemblies used in vehicle, machinery and off-highway applications.

We strongly recommend the dedicated-use principle: each unit is configured and calibrated to work with only one specific terminal variant, to maintain stable crimp geometry, consistent retention force and reliable electrical performance in mass harness production.

Not every style of Deutsch aviation contact is compatible with automated crimping.
