JCW-8TC is a high-force servo strip and crimp workstation designed for extra-large power terminal applications.
Its 8-ton servo actuator delivers ample forming force for robust heavy-duty lugs and bulk cable terminals where standard crimp force is insufficient.
Automatic stripping and crimping run in one integrated cycle, built for thick conductors and high-current terminal assemblies. Servo closed-loop control supports fine tuning of crimp stroke, force and speed.
Every job setting can be saved as a recipe, bringing stable crimp results and traceable quality control for heavy harness batches.
This machine targets power distribution, heavy machinery, battery and vehicle harness workshops processing large lugs that demand heavy, uniform crimp compression.
Crimp force monitoring can be fitted optionally for quality control.
