JCW-322A Electro-pneumatic Wire Twisting Machine
Versatile electric wire twister
The JCW-322A offers a perfect solution for applications requiring twisting, such as shielded copper wires, stranded wires, enameled copper wire for transformers, inductors, motors, etc
The JCW-322A offers two twisting clamp lengths: 50mm and 80mm. Operators can achieve twisting lengths of up to 80mm and 200mm for the shielding mesh. For hard enameled wire, the effective twisting lengths are 50mm and 80mm.
Depending on the configuration, the JCW-322A is available in 3 versions:
V1: Basic version, suitable for thin wires or a small number of strands wires
V2: Adjustable speed version and increased twisting force
V3: Ultimate version, adding a safety cover and emergency stop button to meet the safety requirements of production equipment.
An optional brush is also available. This brush can be stacked on any version; its function is to quickly separate the debraided shielding layer, allowing operators to quickly grasp the shielding wires. Skilled operators can further improve twisting efficiency.
