Robust and Precise
The JCW-CS03T is a proven robust and precise freestanding machine for cutting & stripping applications. The JCW-CS03T is equipped with high torque step motors, subdivision drivers, wear-resistant steel rollers ( urethane rollers are optional for small wire and avoid leaving marks on insulation ), a robust cutter head, and a transparent safety cover. This standard automatic wire cut & strip machine processes single wire up to 6 mm² quickly and precisely, with a high level of precision ± 0.002 x wire length, meanwhile bringing very low noise.
The JCW-CS03T Cut & Strip machine offers vivid expanded capabilities. By changing straightener, guide tube, and cutter blades, you can slit, cut and strip zip-cord precisely, all parameters are programmable. It's also capable to process both round and flat multicore cable.
The unique mark system allows the integration of thermal transfer printers, print time, and position can be set up quickly and easily by the operator.

Whether novice or professional, you can quickly use the JCW-CS03T wire cutting & stripping machine proficiently. The control with touch screen has an intuitive user interface for simple and safe operation. Thanks to the microprocessor control, the parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, slitting length, wire diameter, speed, mark position, etc. can be accurately entered and stored for future recall at any time.
This cutting and stripping machine features an automatic one-touch calibration function for cutting length and middle strip capability. The wire run-out sensor gives the machine a stop signal while the wire is used out.
